Is that better?

Is Zane's latest favorite phrase to say. He'll be sitting on the counter (even though he knows he's not supposed to) and when he's told to get down he'll scoot about an inch towards the edge and ask, "Is that better?" I'll tell him, "no, get down." This time he'll scoot right to the edge and ask again, "Is that better?" Once again, he'll be told to get down. Eventually he'll get off the counter and will receive a "Yes" as an answer to his question.

He does the same thing when he's sitting in the basket of the shopping cart. He'll stand, and when he's told to sit, he'll bend his knees slightly and ask, "Is that better?" It usually takes him 3-4 times of being told, "No that's not better, sit down" before he finally ends back on his bottom.
