My last three pregnancies have not been kind to my body leaving me with the realization that if I'm ever going to lose the 'baby weight' I need to be proactive. I'm not going to wake up one morning and have the weight magically begin to drop off. Fortunately for me, I have a wonderful husband who thought it wouldn't be fair for only me to gain weight with each pregnancy, he's put on his share of pounds too.
So as of this morning we're both back on the South Beach diet. I say back on because 4 years ago, we both lost over 20 pounds on this diet. My goal is to lose somewhere between 60-70 pounds and Rob wants to lose at least 25 lbs.

Welcome to the blog world!! Can't believe how big Cole is...and Zane is looking like such a little "boy" now and not so much a baby. They grow up so fast! Can't believe our "babies" are turning 2!
Good luck w/the diet. My "diet" was going back to work! LOL I've probably lost 20 - 30 lbs in the past 5 months. :) Now, I just need to get these stomach muscles tightened up again. Good luck to me...
Wait to be motivated and that's great you have DH to go through it with you.
On a side note: I want to go to the beach!! haha.. it's been years since i've been.
