Zane is so upset that we're having another baby boy. He desperately wants a girl. Regularly, he comes up to me and talks to my stomach saying things such as, "please be a girl." I asked him why doesn't he want a baby brother and his reply was, "because boys are mean." I asked him if he is mean, "No" he said. I am trying to help him understand that not all boys are mean, nor are all girls nice. Today he came up to me to talk to my tummy, this time he said, "You're a stupid baby, I hate you." As of now, it seems Zane will have the biggest adjustment out of all the kids. Unless of course when I go in for another ultra-sound in 2.5 weeks the baby's penis has suddenly fallen off and he's become a girl.
Cole on the other hand is obsessed with babies. When ever we're out he points out all the babies and wants to look at them. Today Rob was sitting on the couch and Cole started poking Rob's belly saying, "baby, baby, baby." Fortunately for Rob, it probably wont be long until my stomach sticks out farther than his.

yes I think Eva could tell Zane some stories about how little sisters aren't all that great...lol...especially twin ones!

I didn't know you were pregnant either... congrats! That is too funny with cole and pointing to Rob's stomach! Poor Zane wanting a baby sister.
I wanted my youngest sister to be a baby boy SO bad that when mom told me it was a girl I slammed my head against the wall so hard i made it bleed...but when she was born I fell in love...the 19 years I had her in my life were the best ever...sometimes miracles happen, even when we don't want them. Actually, until last week, we hadn't told people I'm pregnant, not even the kids. We told our 4 last Wednesday night after we found out it's a boy. So for those of you who are surprised that you didn't know, we've kept it pretty quiet the past several months.
