So Proud of you, Rob!

This week has been extremely hectic for me, I've had a full schedule every day. Rob had yesterday and today off of work. I've had to rely heavily on him to do get the day-to-day things done around the house. Yesterday, he took Cole (and Avery and Zane) to his 1 year well-check. He had to endure Cole's shots--something he absolutely hates. Before he left for the doctors I handed him our long grocery list and sheepishly asked if he'd mind going to the grocery store on the way home. At first he said he didn't mind, then he looked at the list and said, "Can't we just eat out." LOL. But, he was a good sport and did the shopping anyway. I only got a few phone calls from him asking where things were at the store. He managed to find everything but one thing off my list. When he got home I still wasn't home, so he got to continue playing Mr. Mom. I finally got home in time to make dinner, and send Rob off to school. When Rob got home from class last night, I left again for another appointment and didn't get home until all the kids were in bed asleep.

Today wont be as bad as yesterday, but I will be gone a lot and Rob will be on his own with the kids at home for a good part of the day. Not only will he have our 3 kids (no kindergarden today---darn it!) but he'll be watching my friend's two kids too.

This whole week has been this way and I'm exhausted. There's a Girl's Night Out Planned for tomorrow night which I am so needing and looking forward to. Oops, you know what that means? Rob gets to keep being Mr. Mom! Love him!

Way to get him trained Ali! Bryan loves to hear my reply to his kid complaints-"Welcome to MY world!" You should try and use it! He doesn't complain that much anymore! Seriously--- husbands are so great at helping!!! What would we do without them! Single moms amaze me! I'm glad I'm not one because I need A LOT OF HELP!!!

I think that it is good for a husband to have to live a few days in our shoes, that way they know it is not an easy job!
