One of my neighbors mom's passed away so the funeral was held yesterday. I helped with the luncheon after the funeral. I brought a green salad, and then I stayed to help with everything. When I got home later yesterday afternoon, I had the remainders of the salad I brought. Avery's first question when she saw me was, "How did the dead lady eat the salad?" LOL
Avery has been asking several times over the past few weeks "How do babies get out?" Up until yesterday I gave her non specific, evasive answers. She kept asking over and over and I knew she wasn't going to drop it until she got a real answer. So I told her which body part babies comes out of. With out missing a beat she said, "Oh, so is that why boys can't have babies?" Now I'm crossing my fingers that she doesn't ask how the baby gets in there!
