Love lost

For as long as I can remember I have loved to read. Since having kids I haven't had as much time to read but the love and desire to read was still there. At any given time I always had at least one book I was in the middle of. Gradually over the past year I have stopped reading. For the first time in my life I have absolutely no desire to read. I have bought 4 books in the past few months hoping to re-spark my love to no avail. The books are sitting untouched on my dresser doing nothing but gathering dust. Occasionally I glance at the books but I can't get myself to open them up. The sad thing is that one of the books is the final book of a trilogy that I really loved, but honestly I no longer care how it ends. I hope at some point I will get through this slump and my love of books will return!
